Terms and conditions

01Purpose

These terms govern the advisory, company formation and ongoing support services offered by Taxfin Solutions, a branch of ABCO Consulting L.L.C-FZ.

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

02Services and scope

Each package covers only the steps expressly described in it. Government fees, licences, immigration and visa costs, bank charges and other local costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

Stated timeframes are indicative and depend on the administrations and third-party providers involved.

03Consultations

The amount paid for a consultation is deducted in full from our formation fees if you then pursue your project with Taxfin Solutions. [TO BE COMPLETED: period of validity of this deduction.]

An appointment may be rescheduled free of charge up to twenty-four hours before the scheduled time. After that, or in the event of a no-show, the session remains payable.

04Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros. Services are payable in full at the time of order, before the file is opened.

No file is opened before payment has actually been received.

05No refunds

As the services are personalised and performed from the moment of the order, no refund is granted once the file has been opened, including where the project is discontinued at your initiative.

Refusal of a file by a bank, an administration or a third-party provider does not constitute grounds for a refund, as that decision does not rest with Taxfin Solutions.

06Client obligations

You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and to report any change in circumstances liable to affect the service.

Any service rendered impossible or incorrect as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information remains payable.

07Liability

Taxfin Solutions is bound by an obligation of means. It guarantees neither a specific tax outcome nor the acceptance of a file by a bank, an administration or a third-party provider.

Its liability shall not exceed the amount of the fees actually received for the service concerned, and in no event covers indirect damages.

Depending on your situation and your country of residence, the involvement of a local professional may remain necessary.

08Confidentiality

Information exchanged in the course of the engagement is treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of performing it.

09Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of ABCO Consulting L.L.C-FZ. [TO BE COMPLETED: governing law and competent courts.]

The parties shall endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably before taking legal action.
